A personal way to feel at home.

PRIVATE HOMES. PERSONAL CONNECTIONS.

Rooted in Phuket. Made for living.

Baan Aewsa brings a personal approach to finding your home in Phuket. We believe a good stay starts with a simple conversation: how you like to live, who you are travelling with, and what feels like home to you. We look after a small collection of homes, villas and residences in Phuket. Every listing is one we know personally, and every conversation is answered by our own team. From a short escape to an extended stay, our focus is comfortable homes, clear rental terms and direct communication.
